Podcasts I want to listen to.

I am not a very productive person. Sometimes I go through spurts of productivity but the rest of the time I am pretty much rolling around my house like a potato searching for food or sweating my ass off in the kitchen at work. I’m really good at wasting my time – which is why I haven’t managed to actually listen to any podcasts that I’ve been meaning to for years (apart from a few episodes)

So today I’m going to write a list of some podcasts I want to listen to – mainly so I can reference it in the future! But also, you guys might find it interesting, so who knows!

SERIAL – Serial is a podcast from the creators of This American Life, hosted by Sarah Koenig Serial tells one story – a true story – over the course of a season. Each season, we follow a plot and characters wherever they take us. We won’t know what happens at the end until we get there, not long before you get there with us.

MAGIC LESSONS – Bestselling author Elizabeth Gilbert is here with her hit podcast MAGIC LESSONS, ready to help another batch of aspiring artists overcome their fears and create more joyfully. Guest experts include Neil Gaiman, Gary Shteyngart, Amy Purdy, Michael Ian Black, Brandon Stanton, Martha Beck and Glennon Doyle Melton.

WELCOME TO NIGHT VALE – Twice-monthly community updates for the small desert town of Night Vale, featuring local weather, news, announcements from the Sheriff’s Secret Police, mysterious lights in the night sky, dark hooded figures with unknowable powers, and cultural events. Turn on your radio and hide. Welcome to Night Vale.

Modern Love: The Podcast features the popular New York Times column, with readings by notable personalities and updates from the essayists themselves. Join host Meghna Chakrabarti (WBUR) and Modern Love editor Daniel Jones (NYT) — and fall in love at first listen.

So basically these are four of the podcasts I want to listen to in the next few months! I really want to try and make time to incorporate podcasts in my life – so figuring out the perfect podcast schedule is something I’ve got to figure out soon!

Do you have any podcast recommendations? Please leave the names down below I’m so excited to start listening to a whole bunch! ❁
