…And a two, and a three, and a four….

Guess who completely ran out of internet due to downloading excessive amounts of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra these past few days? Me? Yes, that would be correct. It took me nearly fifteen minutes just to load the wordpress website, and by then, I had completely given up on even trying to update you on what I’ve been reading. So here is days two, three and four all bound up into one progress post!

Day two: I did it! I finished a novel! I read from page 160-419 of The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black. I was very happy with this progress – as I have been wanting to read this book for a long time now and finishing a book always leaves me with a sense of relief. However, unfortunately this book was a bit of a let down for me. I loved the world building however I think I probably wasn’t in the mood for a vampire book? Total pages: 259

Day three: It was back to comics for me on day three. I caught up on Hawkeye (issues #6 – #20) and read the next volume of The Amazing Spiderman (issues #515 – #518) Total pages: 466 (all comics, mind you)

Day four: Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha. I just finished season 2 of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha. I forgot to read. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha.

So overall I have read 1032 pages, even though over half of them were comics. I have a bad feeling that this week is not going to end in me starting another novel. Which is a horrible feeling to get during a read-a-thon. However I’m so into Avatar and the comics I’m reading at the moment that I don’t particularly mind.

Bout of Books is still inspiring me to get through comics faster than I usually would – which is the whole point of a read-a-thon. So I’m happy with my progress!
